This piece is dedicated to my father. He is currently going through heart problems and this is for him. He had a massive heart attack. Right now he is struggling to recover from this. This is my piece for him. This is to show him I have not forgotten about my art. That I will pursue the thing that I love the most. He went back into ICU today. He had a bit of set back and is not doing to well. I love you dad and this is for you.
 Original is A4 @ 300 DPI for Print purposes.The edit I am making to this piece is that my father passed away. This piece is now my reminder of the promise I made to my father. The promise to continue my art, and finish the schooling I started. I know that he will be watching over me. I know he will be there for me, and be my strength when I think of him. I will not forget the promise I made. I will do whatever it takes to make my father proud. He will be able to look down on me and see what I am accomplishing. That I will hold true to the promise I made to him on his deathbed. I love you dad, you were my hero and I will do whatever it takes. I miss you already.  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I have been saving this in my inbox.Knowing the emotions it came from anything I had to say just seemed trivial.
As you know I have a hard time with abstract,I see something and it is pleasing to my eye but I struggle with were it came from emotionally because
I sense absract must come from the artists emotions & I want to know them.
This one I had a sense of right away before I read the description.
I imagine your dad is looking at you with much pride atm & happy that he inspired it even if it came from a place of sadness.It is good to see you looking at life with optimism & inspiring to your friends as well
